These luxurious freehold strata villas are by GCI Group, which clinched the Best Boutique Developer Award at this year’s ASEAN Property Developer Awards 2021/2022. The privately owned niche developer has its roots in Singapore and expanded its operations to Malaysia, with Millenia Residences being its first project there. There are only eight villas that are tucked away in verdant surroundings in the Taman Desa and Seputeh area. The highly-exclusive villas also boast stunning views of the KL city skyline.

The layout of each four-storey villa differs slightly, but they all come with a basement and a roof terrace. The basement can be used to park up to four or five cars, while the private roof terrace has ample space for a jacuzzi, a barbecue and seating area as well as a garden.
